The minimum order for Resellers with Federal Tax Identification Number is 100 pieces. Resellers without a Federal Tax Identification Number (that is all talent and students) may submit a valid United States Social Security Identification and pay $55w ~ $65m USD (no tax or shipping) each. The minimum order for Resellers with valid United States Social Security Identification is 100 units.
All Resellers must submit this form ( download Resellers application ) for each sale to be approved for payment of commissions, and will be paid a respective commission only upon the validation of the minimum 100 unit sales.
